| With over 24 years of commercial design experience on projects in Arizona, and across the continent, NM Interiors Group Principal/Owner, Norma Escandon Michaels, is well prepared to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. |

| She is an ASID designer and National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)
Certified. She is also an award-winning designer with many published projects. |

| Of late, Mrs. Michaels has participated in a wide range of federal and military construction projects in California, Texas and Arizona.
Her space plan, TI drawings and interior design package for Wagner EyeCare Associates earned a 2009 Design Excellence Award for Commercial Offices under 5000 square feet from the Arizona North Chapter of ASID.
She previously supervised development of hospitality design
projects from inception through final build-out in
locations throughout the United States for Best Western, International.
She also acted as project manager for interior design services on behalf of the
KMS Building Group and Koll, International. |

Among the many firms she has served, Mrs. Michaels can count Wagner EyeCare Associates, Abby Bella Dance Studio, Jim Sudal Ceramic Design, Southwest Gardener, Phoenix Institute of Cardiology, Wickenburg Country Club and Salt
River Project.
Mrs. Michaels has instructed commercial design courses at Arizona State University and multiple community colleges in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is a graduate of the Arizona State University College of Architecture from which she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture. |
